Services. J&H Mobile Detailing provides Mobile Auto Detailing, Full Car Detailing, Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Interior Vehicle Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://jhmobiledetailingca.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of J&H Mobile Detailing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. J&H Mobile Detailing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of J&H Mobile Detailing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold J&H Mobile Detailing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
